Our finest Distiller’s Cut English single malt whisky is lovingly handcrafted in the heart of the Welsh Marches using only two ingredients: the finest English and Scottish malted barley, and purified water, the Scottish malt having been slowly
and gently smoked in a peat kiln. We carefully quadruple-distil our spirit, before ageing it in second-fill casks, which were used first to mature American bourbon and secondly Scottish whisky. This unique edition has then been cask finished in both
sherry and port casks. The glorious trinity: fine ingredients, refined craft and a little patience all combine to create a serious and perfectly balanced single malt.
Medium-bodied with fragrant notes of heather-honey, malt, a subtle hint of butterscotch and crème caramel, balanced with a rich fruity sweetness from the PX sherry and ruby port casks.
