Sage Sour

An amazingly elegant fresh herb cocktail. Try making with runny honey for a golden glow.

Ingredients

• 2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.5)
• 1 part Fresh lemon juice
• 1 part Sugar syrup/Honey
• Sage leaves
• An egg white
• Sage to garnish

Method

Muddle a handful of sage leaves in a shaker with lemon juice. Add the all the other ingredients. Double shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
