Pink Lady - Ludlow Distillery | The Home of Ludlow Gin & Whisky | Hand Crafted & Copper Distilled

Everything looks pretty in pink. This gorgeous little number is light and fluffy with a beautiful fruity body.

Ingredients

2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.4)
1 part White Heron British Cassis/Framboise
1 part Fresh lemon juice
1 part Sugar syrup
An egg white
Rose petals or dried hibiscus to garnish

Method

Double shake and double strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with rose petals or dried hibiscus.

Take 2 parts Triplecello, 3 parts prosecco and 1 part soda over plenty of ice, give a generous stir and serve with a lemon wedge in a copa or wine glass! 🍋As made here in the sunshine in our distillery bar by our resident mixologist @toms_tails_
