Philharmonia Negroni

The ultimate bittersweet classic. Burning a vivid amber, this is the drink for true cocktail lovers.

Ingredients

• 1 part Philharmonia Gin
• 1 part Red vermouth (we love Paso Vermu)
• 1 part Campari
• Blood orange slice to garnish

Method

Add all three ingredients to a tumbler glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a dash of orange bitters.
