Ingredients

3 parts Philharmonia Gin
½ part Dry vermouth (we love Noilly Prat & Dolin)
Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, strain into a martini or coupe glass,
garnish with a lemon twist.

Take 2 parts Triplecello, 3 parts prosecco and 1 part soda over plenty of ice, give a generous stir and serve with a lemon wedge in a copa or wine glass! 🍋As made here in the sunshine in our distillery bar by our resident mixologist @toms_tails_
