A lighter, fruitier spin on the bittersweet classic. The olives aren’t just for garnishing!

Ingredients

1 part Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.1 or No.5)
1 part Dry vermouth
1 part Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
Olives to garnish

Method

Add all three ingredients to a tumbler glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Garnish with three olives.

1,2,3 Spritz 🍋What’s better than a limoncello spritz in the sunshine? A Triplecello spritz! With lemon, plus orange and pink grapefruit this is a fruitier smoother twist on a classic and a must have on the shelf for summer in the sunshine! ☀️To make a Triplecello spritz:
Take 2 parts Triplecello, 3 parts prosecco and 1 part soda over plenty of ice, give a generous stir and serve with a lemon wedge in a copa or wine glass! 🍋As made here in the sunshine in our distillery bar by our resident mixologist @toms_tails_
