Ingredients

1 part Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.1 or No.4)
1 part Dry vermouth
1 part Aperol
Slice of blood orange to garnish

Method

Add all three ingredients to a tumbler glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
