Bianco Negroni

The Negroni, but not as you know it.
We adore the French bitters Suze, we can’t drink it neat as they do, but it makes the perfect addition to this little beauty.

Ingredients

• 1 part Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.5)
• 1 part Noilly Prat
• 1 part Suze
• Sprig of thyme to garnish 

Method

Fill a tumbler with ice, add your liquid ingredients, stir until chilled. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
