White Lady

She’s a soft, elegant sipper but by golly, she packs one hell of a punch.

Ingredients

• 2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.2 or No.4)
• 1 part Orange Liqueur (We love Fortunella Golden Orange Liqueur)
• 1 part Fresh lemon juice
• ¾ part Sugar syrup
• An egg white
• Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Double shake and double strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
