Ludlow Spring Festival draws ever nearer, and the Ludlow Distillery team are excited to be back as sponsors of this new look event with its packed line-up of music, comedy, talks and activities for all the family, as well as the celebration of the best in regional food and drink.
It is going to be an interesting development for the festival, which used to be held at Ludlow Castle. The move to Ludlow Rugby Club is all about connecting with the wider Ludlow community and collaborating with this fantastic cornerstone to future proof the event. The event will bring together a variety of regional produce, including beer sellers and food, as well as live music and a classic car show in the form of the Marches Transport Festival. We will be there with our retail stand, a small Gin Bar and a large bar in collaboration with our friends at Heartsease Farm.
We are particularly excited to introduce you to our brand-new Ludlow Coronation Rose Gin, released for the King’s Coronation. Botanicals and spirit are skilfully blended in our copper stills Joy and Felicity to create a smooth and classic dry gin. The finest juniper, coriander, angelica root and orris are harmonised with fragrant floral notes of rose and hibiscus petals, and just a touch of classic lemon. It is a truly premium handcrafted gin, fit for a King and Queen. You will be able to taste before you buy at our retail stand or enjoy in a cocktail or two.
