Rosemary and Blueberry fizz

This is a dirty cocktail. Dirty because you put it all in, bash it around and serve it as messy mix of incredible fruity and woody flavours.

Ingredients

• 2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.2 or No.4)
• 1 part Fresh lemon juice
• Teaspoon granulated sugar
• 2 Rosemary sprigs
• 5/6 Blueberries
• Soda water
• Rosemary and blueberries to garnish

Method

Muddle rosemary, blueberries and sugar in a highball glass. Add lemon juice, gin and crushed ice. Mix. Top with more crushed ice and soda water. Garnish with rosemary and blueberries.
