The gin brother of the Bloody Mary. This is a much more refined brunch cocktail, but experiment with condiments for your perfect mix.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.3 or No.4)
- 1 part Red vermouth
- 1 part Campari
- 1/2 part Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 part Fresh lime juice
- 4 parts Tomato juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- Teaspoon olive brine
- Salt & Pepper
- Celery and olives to garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients to a large glass and roll with ice into another glass. Decant everything (including ice) into a highball and garnish with celery stick and olives.
