The orchestra’s new season, entitled Journeys of Discovery, has prompted us to create a new gin, which is inspired by travels across Europe. Classic London Dry botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica and orris are combined with fragrant lemon peel and thyme from Spain, and delicately scented dried fig leaves; hand-crafted, copper-distilled and bottled with love by hand.
