Tasting Notes –

Straw yellow in colour with classic greensih shades. Its nose is full of acacia flowers, broom, pear, passion fruit and pineapple. The mouthfeel is sapid, long, fresh and elegant. Lovely and fresh acidity.

Pairing –

This wine is excellent as an aperitif, but goes perfectly with light starters, white meat, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
