Inspired by the the Hugo Spritz, we blend together fragrant elderflower with our spirit and a touch of sugar to bring you a bright taste of spring and sunshine. Fresh, floral and effortlessly refreshing. Serve over ice with prosecco, a dash of soda, and a few sprigs of mint. Sunshine in every glass.

60ml Sparkling wine
60ml Grapefruit Soda
50ml Elderflower Liqueur
One sprig of mint (spanked)
Add liqueur, wine, and soda to either a wine glass or high ball glass with ice therein. Stir slowly but well. Take a sprig of mint, spank it between your palms to release the scent, and place in glass. Find a sunny spot to enjoy it while contemplating the good things.
