An unusual ginger creation, fit for a King!

Ingredients

2 parts Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.3)
1 part The King’s Ginger Liqueur
1 part Fresh lemon juice
1 part Sugar syrup/Golden syrup
Slice of ginger and lemon zest to garnish

Method

Shake the ingredients with ice. Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and lemon zest.

Take 2 parts Triplecello, 3 parts prosecco and 1 part soda over plenty of ice, give a generous stir and serve with a lemon wedge in a copa or wine glass! 🍋As made here in the sunshine in our distillery bar by our resident mixologist @toms_tails_
