Italicus Spritz

Close your eyes and picture the sunlight dancing on the Mediterranean Sea. This is the refreshing taste of Italy.

Ingredients

• 1 part Ludlow Gin – your choice (We love No.2 or No.5)
• 1 part Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
• Chilled sparkling wine
• Soda water
• Blood orange slice and olives to garnish

Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir to chill and combine. Garnish with an orange slice and olives.
